Exchange and Return Policy
We will be glad to refund or exchange
any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that
is in unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or a
credit within 30 days of the date of invoice. The refund or credit will
not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice A
return refund will be made to customer in the amount of price of the
product and charged taxes minus the shipping-handling fees.
To return products, send an e-mail to

including the Name and Last Name of
the purchaser, day time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for
return. Upon receipt of your e-mail, Sena Cases Return Department will
send you a reply with the return address and a "Sena Cases Return
Number"(SCR#). Products returned without the SCR# will not be
accepted.
Upon receipt of the SCR#, repack the
items, enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and return
the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any
other courier that issues a tracking number. The SCR# MUST appear on the
outside of all packages.
Sena Cases reserves the right to modify
its exchange and return policy.

Limited Warranty
Sena Cases warrants to the original purchaser that its
leather cases will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 1 year from the date of the purchase (all other products,
including belt clips, clip tabs, and mirrors have a 30 day limited warranty). This limited
warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect,
product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, unauthorized
product repairs, and damage while in transit to Sena Cases. Further, this
warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property
other than the product purchased.
Sena Cases reserves the right to repair or replace the
product if limited warranty applies

Purchase Orders from government
agencies and educational institutions
This information is for government agency and educational
institution Purchase Orders. For corporation and other institution
Purchase Orders, please e-mail sales@senacases.com .
Sena Cases accepts Purchase Orders (PO) from government
agencies and educational institutions. The minimum amount for POs is
$200.00. To authorize the purchase, you need to mail a formal P.O. with a
cover letter on a government or educational institution letterhead to:

The Purchase Order must have the following information:
Purchase Order Number, Billing and Shipping address, Contact Person,
Telephone and Fax number, and Billing Terms. The POs must be signed by an
authorized representative.
You can get the exact amount of your order by placing a
pretend order with http://www.senacases.com and selecting the “Check or
Money Order” option instead of “Credit Card Transaction” at your
shopping cart where it says “Choose Payment Option”. After entering
your shipping information you will be presented an invoice page titled
“Purchasing by Check or Money Order”. Please print out this page and
present it to your accounting department for the purchase order. If you
want some special information to appear at your invoice, please add it to
“Comments and Suggestions” section below the shipping address form.
For POs originating outside the state of California, we do
not charge sales tax. However, for POs originating within the state of
California, we require a copy of your government or education tax
exemption number or its equivalent for sales tax exemption.
Your order will be shipped via USPS Mail with Signature
Confirmation regardless of the shipping method you selected. If you

International Shipping
Policy
This policy is for international shipments only. If you
cannot find an answer to your questions about shipping, please e-mail us

1. Delivery Methods:
Items shipped outside the US ships via two methods:
a)
Regular Delivery: This is done via US Postal Service's International
Airmail. International Airmail will take 7-10 business days to most
locations. For some locations may take longer and for some it may
take less time. USPS delivery does not provide any tracking data and
delivery inside your country is done via your local carrier. Therefore, it
is the customer’s responsibility to find out if any delivery problems
occur.
b) Expedited
Delivery: Expedited delivery is done via one of the following services:
FedEx, UPS, or Airborne Express. The average delivery time is 2-4 days.
All these services provide tracking information and delivery is
guaranteed.
2. Processing time:
Due to the additional processing efforts involved in
fulfilling international orders, processing may take 1-3 days after it is
received.
3. Responsibility for duties and taxes:
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If
assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient,
who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this
in mind when shipping a product to a different destination than the
billing address.
4. Shipping Charge Adjustment:
Since shipping charges may differ based on the country we
are shipping to, the price you are given when placing an online order is
an estimate and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the shipping
amount and charge it to your credit card as "Shipping Charge

5. Re-ship Charges:
Your postal service generally will make several delivery
attempts, and a notice is left if nobody is available to sign for the
package. The post office will hold your package for a few days only.
If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed.
You will be required to pay for shipping twice if you fail to claim your
package and it is returned to us.
6. Exchange Rate:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by
credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and
include it in your monthly statement.
